Depart for a full day excursion of Istria, named the best region for olive-growing in the world. Visit an olive oil producer near Bale to learn about the production process of Extra virgin olive oil. In Poreč visit the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century. Proceed to Motovun, a small hilltop town. The area is very well known among foodies because the nearby forests are full of black and white truffles. Explore the hidden trails of the truffle of Istria accompanied by the professionals,

After a morning walks through Opatija stop at in a “factory” of handmade delicacies: cakes, pastries, biscuits, pralines, and about thirty types of filling and chocolate of various flavors, Milenij Choco World. Continue to Krk island connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is Croatia's largest island, and one of the busiest.

The north-western part of the island is subject to the fierce bura wind which leaves it with a barren wind-whipped look. A tiny Vrbnik village clinging to a hill is known as the center for Krk's excellent Zlatina wine. We stop at Gospoja winery for a tasting. Continue to Plitvice National park. Overnight in Plitvice.

Discover one of Croatia’s most astounding natural sites: the cascading lakes of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Plitvice National Park. Walking trails hug the lakes, allowing us to journey on foot and watch as the water transforms from emerald, green to azure blue.

National Park comprises 16 terraced lakes surrounded by densely wooded hills, lies in the Lika region, and covers a total area of 300 km2, whilst the lakes join together over a distance of 8 km. Explore both upper and lower lakes with your guide. Dinner and overnight in Plitvice.

Island of Pag is barren, rocky, and sepia-colored with vast empty landscapes. The Adriatic is a steely blue around it and when the sky is stormy the island is the most dramatic-looking place. Its karstic rock forms a moonscape defined by two mountain ridges, patches of shrubs, and a dozen villages and hamlets.

The cheese production tradition on the island is as old as sheep farming while the Liburni, an Illyrian tribe were the first farmers here. Get to know everything about cheese at Gligora Dairy. Visit Boškinac and reward yourself with a day of enjoyment in superb Dalmatian cuisine specialties. Drive to Zadar for overnight.

The historic center of Zadar is one of Croatia’s UNESCO World Heritage sites. Visit Organs art installations, Roman ruins of Forum Square, Church of St Donatus, and the bustling People’s Square, sample local food at the Green Market, and traditional Maraschino liqueur at a café. Enjoy a delicious tasting at the boutique Bibich winery and lunch at their

special estate. Sibenik visit: the St James’s Cathedral and UNESCO World Heritage site. Further to the artists' town of Trogir where scholars from around the world gather to study and paint. Explore the Old Town and see the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral of St. Lawrence. The final destination is Split. Check in at your hotel and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

manuscripts and books, the church with its collection of paintings, St Stephen's Cathedral, and the Arsenal, a thick-walled fortress overlooking the harbor. In the afternoon drive to Hora estate, in the heart of the most fertile field, where little has changed since the Ancient Greeks arrived. Enjoy the tastes of organic products full of natural flavor and tastes. Overnight in Hvar.

In the morning explore the city on your own. Later drive to Jelsa for a visit of a local wine producer Tomić winery. Beleca, Pošip, Plavac mali barrique, Veliki plavac mali are just some of the names Tomić winery is well known for. Tour the production section of the winery and enjoy wine tasting in the wine cellar modeled after the ancient Roman dining rooms named Triclinium.

Travel to Konoba Vrisnik known as one of the best Mediterranean cuisines on the Island. Mouth-watering peka, fried fish, or grilled lamb with delicious house wine and amazing chocolate cake are just some of the delights they offer. Head north to the charming Bologna, a city of red-brick palazzi and lengthy porticoes, and delicious food. After the tour of the city, visit the gelato museum dedicated to the history of artisan gelato, with all-you-can-eat gelato-guided tasting. In Modena visit one of the many producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in the area. Tour the acetaia (vinegar cellar), learn about the production of balsamic

vinegar and taste traditional balsamic vinegar at different stages of aging. Continue to the Ferrari Museum and experience the Prancing Horse dream first-hand, as Maranello is just around the corner. For dinner enjoy a typical dish, tortellini (pastry filled with meat) paired with the world-famous light sparkling wine, the Lambrusco of Modena. Overnight in the Modena area.
